How much does this increase your attack rate? How much damage it takes away per attack?

A warrior friend in my guild has said that its a 20% decrease in damage.. You can apparently test this yourself by having two identical weapons and customizing only one of them. Just use flurry with the customized one and compare that to the regular damage of the uncustomized one.

Exact figures I dunno... I find that it's a notch above Weakness. Weakness knocks my damage down to about 8-10 and Flurry seems to knock it down to about 15-20. I use my skills so often that I don't have a good baseline for my normal damage though so I can't really say what it's knocking me down from (normally I do anywhere from 30-110 dam a hit skills included).
The best use I find for this skill is as a distractor and adrenaline graber. If some Hill Giant is pounding away on my Monk I Flurry him and 9/10 he'll turn his attack to me. Plus, obviously, the increased attack rate brings increased adrenaline. As for that attack speed, it seems faster than Frenzy which is a 33% increase, but that could be an illusion.

Yes it does seem faster than Frenzy. It shouldn't be. I use it to kill of easy mobs in PvE faster and charge adrenaline in PvP.
I tend to like it. At least the look of it, bam bam bam.

Stance. For 5 seconds your attack rate is increased by 33% but you deal 25% less damage.

33% faster and 25% less damage means that your average damage-over-time should be the same (excepting attack skills, preparations, etc. which probably benefit from the increased speed).
Should also combo very nicely with Illusionary Weaponry.

^ Uh...no. You deal 25% less damage in this stance. But your attack speed is increased by 33%, which equates to about 12-14% more damage over time than normal.
Supposedly, before last nights patch, skill buffs were running at 50% more damage instead of the listed 33%. Which means it was previously returning more than 12-13% damage over time (this would have been the same with Frenzy, Tiger's Fury, etc.). A shame. I would have rather seen an updated skill description (reading: your attack rate is increased by 50%) than a speed debuff. I hope they change this back to how it was.
Either way...
Nice for the extra damage, nice for the increased adrenaline, and really nice with a zealous weapon.

Flurry is becoming a safer bet now that stances are so easily seen in PvP; I suppose you can rely on switch back to sprint to cancel a frenzy, but I am seeing more warriors getting spiked after frenzying since the skillbar changes.

How is the damage reduction calculated on this skill? For example -
If I am using a damage preparation with a bow, and then I activate Flurry, will Flurry reduce my weapon's base damage, or the damage after bow attack bonuses, or the damage after bow attack bonuses and my preparation bonus? Where in the equation does it fit in?

Flurry only affects attack dmg.
Prep dmg form like Kindle..Is calculated totally seperately from your attack.
